These Terms of Service govern your use of VIBE - AI Video Generator on iOS, Android, and web where available. By using VIBE, you agree to these terms.
Using VIBE
VIBE helps you create AI videos from prompts, photos, images, AI artwork, and creative ideas. You are responsible for the content you upload, the prompts you write, and how you use generated outputs.
Accounts and app store purchases
Some features may require an account, subscription, purchase, credits, or app store payment. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those store terms, billing rules, refund policies, and subscription controls.
AI model availability
VIBE may provide access to different AI video workflows and model styles, including Sora-style, Veo-style, Kling-style, Seedance-style, PixVerse-style, WAN-style, Hailuo-style, and other creative options. Availability can vary by region, app version, provider access, demand, and product configuration.
Content rights and permissions
You must have the rights needed to upload images, photos, prompts, names, likenesses, trademarks, and other materials. Do not use VIBE to create or share content that violates someone else's rights, privacy, publicity, or applicable law.
Responsible use
Do not use VIBE to create illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, hateful, or infringing content. Do not attempt to bypass safety systems, overload the service, reverse engineer the app, or misuse generated videos to impersonate people or mislead viewers.
Commercial use
If you plan to use AI-generated videos commercially, review the app's current licensing details, provider terms, and platform rules before publishing, monetizing, advertising, or using the output for client work.
Results may vary
AI video outputs can vary based on prompt quality, uploaded images, selected model, motion settings, style choices, and service availability. VIBE does not guarantee that every output will be accurate, realistic, error-free, royalty-free, or suitable for every use.
Service changes
We may add, remove, suspend, or change features, models, pricing, credit rules, usage limits, or availability at any time. We may also suspend access if we believe use of the app violates these terms or creates risk for users, VIBE, partners, or providers.
Disclaimers and limits
VIBE is provided as available, without guarantees that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIBE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
